Fibre upgrade

I applied for an upgrade to fibre on the 7th, I have received no confirmation of this yet the payment for my router has been processed. How long does this normally take and will I ever receive a confirmation?

Hi Neil,

I have checked this for you today and I can confirm the order is due to complete on BT Wholesale on the 20th December.

It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the changes to reflect on the account so it should all be active and the speed profiles updated by the 21st.
