Fibre upgrade confusion

Hi I signed up to change my product to fibre and payed for a new router on the 28th Aug. At the end of the sign up it was stated that the change would occur on Monday 5th Sept.

 

Can someone please advise if this will go ahead on that date as to date I have received no confirmation emails or the router.

It looks like there's been a slight delay as your fibre upgrade is actually due to complete on the 8th.

You should get the router before then.

Thanks Matthew. One more thing will an engineer require access to my home on that date.

No all the work is done externally now so the engineer doesn't need to attend the property.
