Fibre Broadband Speed Reduction

In the past week have been monitoring the speeds both up and down and have noticed a considerable and ongoing reduction in speeds.  Was consistently at 55 -60 mbps and now 30-45 mbps.

Both wired and wireless give the same reduction which is not in keeping with the product I am paying for.

Also, there is a regular (daily) loss of connection for up to 5 minutes and usually early evening between 18:00 and 21:00

I notice a lot of similar issues with other users.

I really would appreciate some feedback on the issues here.

I'm really sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your connection and for any inconvenience this is causing.
