Fibre Broadband Constantly Dropping Out

Just moved to PlusNet on Wednesday - since then broadband constantly dropping out for significant periods of time, ie, on for 2 hours off for 30-60mins.  Really difficult when WFH full-time!  Router light is constantly blue and the Hub Admin keeps saying we're connected.  Help!

@Spikey1 Quick thought - what username is showing in the router? It is possible the auto-configuration failed and you are still identified as 'setup@plusdsl.net' - which would explain this situation.

Hi John - thanks for the tip, now implemented and hopefully has fixed the problem - so far so good anyway!  Will let you know how we get on.

You should be OK Anne - seems quite a few auto-configurations are failing at the moment, but you know where we are. 😁
