Your line does seem to be dropping out more than expected.
However the speeds look where we'd expect them to be:

Can you let us know if the speeds you're seeing are on a wired or wifi connection?

Re: Fiber Upgrade speeds are very low

I would use wifi but i can't as i live in a three story house so my only option is wifi so i am gonna try a range extender and see if it improves

Re: Fiber Upgrade speeds are very low

Where possible, speed tests should always be carried out on a wired connection. Your actual speed received could be fine but WiFi problems suggesting otherwise. On the other hand, a wired test could confirm a problem.
