Fiber Upgrade speeds are very low

hello so i have ugraded to fiber which was complete on the 23/08/17 in the morning i was getting about 25 mbps and now only 5mbps or bellow what can i do i reset everthhing and sighed in to hub manager but no luck

Can you let us know if the speeds you're seeing are on a wired or wifi connection?

the speeds are on wifi if i buy a wifi adapter to increase signal would it help?

if you want the best speeds don't use wifi.

I would use wifi but i can't as i live in a three story house so my only option is wifi so i am gonna try a range extender and see if it improves

Where possible, speed tests should always be carried out on a wired connection. Your actual speed received could be fine but WiFi problems suggesting otherwise. On the other hand, a wired test could confirm a problem.
