FTTPoD  is not really a residential product and may be extremely expensive to install  £K's Embarrassed  Plusnet do not currently (and have no plans to)  support that product.  If FTTP is planned I'd wait for it. 

NOTE:  I'm in my third year of "Real soon now" for FTTP so share your pain!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
