Drop In speed

I've had a rock solid 77.5mb connection according to my account details I've recently had to turn the power Off  my connection has dropped to 65.5mb  how can I fix this ?
Is it normal to loss speed if the power is cut

There's no apparent issues showing from our end here.
The speed drop could be down to a number of things but unfortunately it isn't a big enough drop for our suppliers to investigate.
