I've reported this a few times to [removed] but it seems radio silence is felt to be the best way forward.
Undecided if it's the cheap router causing the problem or more likely the chip in the exchange being over ran once again as a few more houses in the estate are now occupied.
I'm not willing to go through the whole rigmarole like last time before finally you would admit that it wasn't a fault at my end and then chase BT on it so if we can't skip right to that I just want to cancel.

That's correct I contacted them all week including Andy Baker only to be ignored
