Hello, my mum upgraded from ADSL to the basic fibre package in November, so she's still in contract until May 2020.
The performance is really nothing special - possibly down to the terrible Hub One.
I'll explore how to change that for a decent router later, but in the meantime would she be able to move back to ADSL while still in the fibre contract?

I would advise getting in contact with our Customer Options team regarding this as they are the department who can provide all relevant information about her account and the options possible.

In regards to the performance side of things, I;m more than happy to have a look? What exactly seems to be the issue she's facing?
