78mbps is the maximum a particular profile in our systems goes to, which should always match the IP profile, but having it at 78mbps won’t affect your speed as the highest a IP profile can go is 76mbps (96% of sync speed).

I wouldn’t worry about the loss showing on the speedtest as the speed is OK. Try running a test on a different site to compare http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest
