For a few weeks now I've noticed I have consistently slow speeds (MGS is around 70mbps, my line connection on the plus net webpage is currently listed at 22.2mbps and while I can't check all the time, it has been in this zone for a while. I'm lucky to get that in reality).
I've tried resetting the hub and leaving it a good 2 weeks to settle, unplugged and tried new cables etc. I suspect because the line speed is registering at 22mbps the fault lies at PlusNets end.
Is there anything I can do?
Edit: I suspect I have made this in the wrong zone and should instead be in the Fiber section? Would a moderator be able to move it? Thanks
