The BT maintenance was on Tuesday night for me. Wednesday evening I get home from work - no Internet. The ubiquitous 'concentrator not reachable'. Put in a ticket Wednesday evening and still no response. So much for 40 hours average response time. Approaching 72 hours and nothing. My ticket number is 105990996.
