Concentrator Not Reachable error. Session kill required

I've just started getting the dreaded Concentrator not reachable error, which, according to many searches means there is an errant connection needing killed. Of course it waits until after support hours to occur so is there anything I can do in the meantime?

If you are using the 582n, you could try enabling gracefulrestart (enabled by default for FTTC in 10.2.5.2 FO firmware, not available in v8 firmware). You could also try changing the login details to bt_test_user@startup_domain, trying to connect with that, then change back to your own details.
