Capped Fibre Speed

Been with Plusnet for last 3 week's and my speed seems to be capped at 49mbps.

Prior to this I have been with
BT infinity with speeds at 65mb
Talktalk with speeds 64mb
Vodafone with speeds at 65mb

Yet they say this is all my line is capable.

I believe my line is banded and want this removed immediately

Line tests are now indicating your line may be banded, so I've arranged for your line to be reset.

As this process is just a trial, I'd advise to allow around a week for this go through if successful.
