It looks like we've since updated your ticket. I can see the engineer has raised a request for traffic management and the lead time for this is 5 working days for an update. We'll check back next week.

@Alucidnation your line is too far from the cabinet approx over 600m away as you would get around 55-65Meg on it.

The most recent GEA test i can see shows no interleaving, can't run one atm due to the fault being open with our suppliers - sorry about this.

My line has been tested by the engineer at around 480 ish meters.

The last one i have recorded on the fault ticket was done on 06/02 which showed interleaving.
Is that the same one you have?

The test results my colleague was referring too were from the 25/02/19. We have also checked your line and as of yesterday it is still showing interleaving is still removed from the line.
We will keep you updated on the progress of your fault via the fault ticket on your account.
