Broadband dropped to 6mb

Hello there.

my line speed has dropped significantly over the past few weeks. It started with a few 20 minute outages on the 2nd of november and the line speed dropped from 70 to 25 to 13 to 7

i’ve opened a fault, but wondered if this was a dlm issue? We’ve had a number of power issues the past month locally, but they all ended just before this problem occurred. I’ve done all the checks.

i’ve been with plusnet over a year btw so it’s not a new connection

Have you logged a fault call yet, if not you need to.https://www.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults  or faults.plus.net 

It could be as you say the DLM think you have a fault so reduced your speed but the level of drops you mention seem somewhat high. Log the fault and then they can do some tests and do the necessary to sort it.
