Been trying to change over to Plusnet for over a month. I've been sent a router but there was some issue with the address not matching which I was told they would fix. I've tried the phone (no joy after hours waiting), no chat available and I've had 2 service tickets ignored. I really don't know what to do next..... It's not the greatest start but to be honest, my existing service is rubbish so I just want to switch. Any ideas?
