I was last informed by text that my fibre activation date would be 13/9/16, which has now come and passed with no further update since last week. Checking the order status it's been stuck on "checking the line" for some time and not even showing that the order has been placed or paid?? I'd like to know what's happening as I can't get through on the customer services number and we were really relying on getting internet set up yesterday.

A similar problem happened to me when I signed up last November. Best thing to do is to keep trying customer services until you do get through and then speak to someone who can put your order through.
