Seems DLM is playing with my connection again, went from 71Mbit/s > 80Mbit/s and latency reduced.
However I do wonder if openreach implemented new profiles as I've never seen a modem report 80Mbit/s sync on FTTC before(Downstream rate = 80000 Kbps) it's always been 79,999 in the past.

You now have G.INP active. I expect before this you didn't.
That will have removed interleaving that you appear to have had. The interleaving would have added at least 8ms to your latency.

Whoever said that? The maximum possible sync is 80000, Plusnet cannot change that. The maximum possible download speed (IP profile) is 77.4Mbps. In practice this translates to around 75Mbps or just over in the real world.

or it would if it wasn't for Plusnet's secondary IP profile and their traffic management both do have an adverse affect on max throughput rate, for some more than others the EU's hardware can also play some part in that also, my max throughput used to be as low as 73.40mbps when secondary profile set to 77.4mbps, 74.00mbps when set to 78mbps now I'm with an isp that doesn't traffic shape/prioritise ect my throughput is 75.20mbps

And I'm sure the difference between 74Mbps and 75Mbps has transformed your life.

Just pointing out that their meddling with traffic was limiting my throughput that's all, or don't you think others deserve to know this? also the difference was greater than 1mbps when secondary profile was set to the normal value of 77.4 or 77.3 when G.inp applied as BTW IP profile is 77.35mbps max then

I have seen it suggested many times and I think it's inconclusive.
