reverse dns change

We have a static IP on our connection. Is it possible to change the reverse dns (ptr) record for it?

It is possible, yes. Just ask a PlusNet staff member what you want it to be changed to.

Thanks - do you mean ask them here, or on the phone, or some other way, if there is one? I've tried phoning and was told they don't do it any more, and was directed here.
