rDNS change

As with other recent requests can I also have my username removed from rDNS?

Noting that rDNS still seems to be returning username, I asked in the ticket for an update and the response was that the task had been marked as completed - but surely it isnt?

The latest ticket response was "On checking with another colleague, you will need to reboot the router."

This is rDNS so a router reboot has had no effect

Can someone please implement this rDNS request?
