rDNS change request on my static IP

Hi there,

 

I used to be able to contact rDNS team to make a change, but I cannot find any way to contact now. Could I please request an rDNS change on my account? I have rDNS set with my own host/domain and would like to change it.

Managed to call through and call handler Josh managed to sort on the phone.

Well plusnet said they were doing it last wednesday and still not changed my rDNS. I'll leave until this wednesday when I get time and will phone up yet again.

Had no reply so far, will be phoning through tomorrow. Don't say you'll deal with it and then don't bother even replying. Complete waste of my time.

Hi Adam,

 

Please can you look into it for me? I called again Wednesday this week and was assured it was being sorted. I can see the reverse lookup is still showing my host/domain and not set back to generic plus.net one. Was Lisa who took call this week.

 

It may just be on internal helpdesk for DNS team and in queue, if there no probs as long as actioned when can.
