I've changed from an old PC to a laptop and find that I can't set up ftp to my website. I think the password is correct (it should be the same one to log into webmail on plusnet, which I can get on to). Is there anyway of resetting it, just in case it isn't? My old computer uses ws-ftp 95 btw, and I am trying to use filezilla or cuteftp on the laptop.
Any suggestions very gratefully received - currently to up date the website, I have to fire up my old, slow, on-its-last legs PC

Assuming you are referring to your website on homepages and not ccgi the password should be the same one as you use to log into your Member Centre account. If it's ccgi the password starts off the same as your account password but doesn't update if subsequently you change the latter.
FileZilla works OK on both homepages and ccgi.
