I have no problems accessing the site from my PN connection. Have you tried using Google's DNS?

You can either disable it, or add the site you're trying to access to the whitelist.
You can access the settings by logging into the main Plusnet website and clicking the 'Safeguard' link on the left.

The site works for me using Plusnet. Some interesting stuff on there.

Access is being blocked by our parental control filter. The solution is as simple as disabling it/adding an exception.
No need to be fiddling with DNS at all.

@wizardcarwash, sorry perhaps I should have been clearer.
I'm talking about our server-side parental control filters, not those in the router interface.
You can access them here.
I've just checked, and the site you're trying to access is being categorised under 'Tasteless', so either add an exception under the 'allow website' section, unblock the 'Tasteless' category, or switch off the filter in its entirety - up to you.
You're given a choice about enabling or disabling this service during the sign-up journey, so I can only guess that's when it was enabled.

Sounds like safeguard has got it wrong as the root cause.

On a serious note, I'll take a look if I get the chance and submit a request to change the catagorisation if necessary.
