Would anybody from plusnet support be able to PM me to get this changed again please?

You can change that on the portal - log in, goto 'Manage My account', 'Manage your domains', the click 'Configure' next to the domain in question.

Is it Plusnet or MAAF? 

Can you get a screenshot of what you see ? (just block out your username / personal details ).

@plusnettony - checking @b1ink3r3d's posting history, I think it's their rDNS that needs updating.

If so, it can't be changed on the portal 😉
