Wrong amount on Reward Card received.

We’ve just transferred over onto Plusnet from Sky. I used an offer link on the Blue Light card page which took me to the Plusnet sign up page.
The offer we used was for Full Fibre 900 and it came with a £150 rewards card; which we claimed when the link to claim was sent. We know this was correct as we took the highest plan available and this was the highest reward too.
The reward card arrived today and there is only £135 on the card.
Who do I contact to get this sorted?

If you speak with our customer support team, they'll be able to check your account and offer to make sure you get the correct reward.
