I'm just wondering whether forum access will cease on the change over day?

No - your forum account is totally independent of your broadband account.

Access to the PlusNet forums isn't dependent on having a PN account of any sort

Many of the people here are former PN customers, and many other forum-members (and indeed the thousands of 'guests', ongoing - see https://community.plus.net/t5/forums/usersonlinepage ) just visit these forums because of the in-depth conversations that have always taken place here.
