What has happened to ftp.plus.net?

I upload a current snapshot of the sky several times a day to my web space. Some changes have been made or something has broken since yesterday and neither my self-built app nor FileZilla can connect at the moment.

What's happened?

edit - in fact my Home Page is now showing -

"Service Unavailable

The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

whereas my weather page is still responding normally ????

Probably a victim of the network failure earlier today - does it work now?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
