Unable to get to FTP site.

Hi All,

Sorry to raise this here, not sure where else to go.

I have an old domain, which I registered many years ago with Freenetname. I have all the logon credentials and still logon to the email, which I use regularly, so am 100% sure my logon details are correct. 

From my understanding, the FTP site details should be

Host : www.users.madasafish.com

Username : [email protected] 

Password : same as your email account

I keep getting 530 Login incorrect

Error : critical error: Could not connect to server.

Anyone know what the fix / issue is please?

Hi Managed to sort it

It was freenetname in the domain name required, not madasafish. Username was just the prefix of my freenetnane account before the @ symbol.
