I was amused to receive a letter from PlusNet today beginning “We’ve been unable to contact you by email …”. Well my email is working well - how about yours PN? ![]()
OTOH I was less amused by the contents reminding me that my subscription would be increasing by 3 times the rate of inflation for the reduced service. ![]()
The letter also advised me to check that my email contact details were correct so I did and they were. I took the opportunity to have a look at my webmail account too and found emails there from PN (though not from anyone else) even though my email and domain were migrated away months ago. Maybe PN’s DNS could do with a brush up?
