Transfer to Greenby - Timescale?

Hi All and TIA for any answers. 

I had an email a while back saying that my e-mail and web hosting would be transferred to Greenby, starting on the 6th September. 

I have had no confirmation of completion, 11 days after the start, which feels a long time. 

Does anyone know if there is a timescale for this?

So there you have the definitive answer (not) it's imminent maybe today, or in the next couple of weeks.🙄

They've started but we're going slowly at the moment. I can put you to the front of the queue if needs be (say if you have an EE transfer due), other than that it's likely to be in next two weeks.

No particular urgency.  I was just looking for reassurance/clarity.
