After being moved to EE because wanted to keep landline (or equivalent), access to emails at my custom .co.uk domain has stopped.
At no point did anyone mention what to do with the domain and its emails, which I can no longer access. Webmail access doesn't work.
Have rung support but no one was interested or could understand the issue. (Was referred to Dale [Removed])
I want to transfer the domain to Cloudflare for use with iCloud.
I can see no other way of requesting this other than here.
Claire.

When you cancelled your account, all components on it would cancel hence the problems.
We can transfer the domain, you need to give us a call and give us the IPS tag of the domain (which is probably CLOUDFLARE), but YOU MUST follow instructions on their side for the inbound transfer or it will fail. I've seen this happen numerous times as, unlike some other companies, Cloudfare don't automatically accept the IPS tag change.

@ClaireAA @plusnettony I dont think a transfer to Cloudfare will work ?
From their site https://developers.cloudflare.com/registrar/get-started/transfer-domain-to-cloudflare/ the domain needs adding to the Cloudfare account first. To do that requies changing the nameservers https://developers.cloudflare.com/registrar/get-started/transfer-domain-to-cloudflare/#1-add-your-do...
Add your domain and update your nameservers
Follow the steps in Set up Cloudflare DNS to add your domain, review your DNS records, and get your assigned nameservers. Then update the nameservers at your current registrar to the ones Cloudflare assigned.
AFAIK its not possible to change the nameservers on a Plusnet hosted domain

ICBW but from what I can see, you don't actually need to have the registration with Cloudfare, providing you can change the nameservers the domain can be added to a Cloudfare account.
So a alternative option might be to transfer the registration to Mythic or 123, which gives the ability to change nameservers. Then the domain can just be added to a Cloudfare account.
