TRANSFER TO EE

Advised in August that my broadband and landline would be transferred to EE.  Not received new router from EE or any information on when this is likely to happen.   Impossible to get through on the phone, so am completely in the dark and my current contract expires in November.

Any help, feedback appreciated.

Re: TRANSFER TO EE

@Silverfox47

You don't have to move to EE.

Given your contract date you could move to an ISP of your choice or stay with PN without the phone service..

What matters is your phone. Do you want to keep a "landline" (abet VOIP) with the same ISP, ditch the phone entirely or move the phone to a VOIP provider.

What is clear is you're short of time so needs action now.

Re: TRANSFER TO EE

@Silverfox47  I was transferred to EE earlier in the year.

I got my first "we are moving you" email from Plusnet on 2nd April (with a reminder 2 weeks later). I heard nothing more until 3 months later on 2nd July, when I had an email from EE, giving me my switch over date.

I don't know if this is a typical timescale, or whether my transfer was slow compared to others.
