The problem appears to be with the https redirect.

I have Chrome on my laptop and get ...
The www.plus.net page isn’t working
www.plus.net redirected you too many times.

@Mayfly - I guess it must be, I've just tried both the HTTP and the HTTPS versions of the URL the former simply goes no where while the latter says the redirect will never complete! So if anyone at Plusnet is needing some overtime...

Still working fine for me, with all URLs for the service status, HTTP and HTTPS, that I can find.
Any chance this has anything to do with browser add-ons or security software? I'm using Linux and don't have any of either.

Hi @ejs, can you post the URLs you are using please, I don't suppose they're any different from the ones I have tried but all the same, nothing ventured nothing gained.

I think they've all already been listed.
The one at the bottom of https://www.plus.net/help/ is https://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&?helpheader=servicestatus
Alternatively, I can go to http://status.plus.net which re-directs me to http://portal.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2

Thanks for that but oddly the HTTP links work for me but the HTTPS versions don’t using FF 50.0.2 on Mac, so I just checked Safari and they both work! Maybe it's simply down to a browser issue and not related to Plusnet at all, it certainly looks like that.

Using the links in ejs's post on Windows 10 Chrome 64 bit latest main version, HTTPS version doesn't work , HTTP version does.
Edge browser both work.
Opera 64 bit main stable version both work.
Edit: to add Opera on WIndows 10

Well it's looking more and more to be browser specific, is anyone else able to contribute.

On Yosemite 10.11.6, using as URL http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&%3fhelpheader=servicestatus (or https).
Browsers as follows:
Chrome 56.0.2924.76, no special add-ons.: too many redirects. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Clearing cookies has no effect.
Firefox 51.0.1 (loaded to gills with add-ons) works.
Safari 10.0.3 works.
Opera 42.0.2393.517 (with VPN) works
Lynx 2.8.8rel.2 works.

I have been accessing the service status page on Firefox (always kept up to date) almost every day for ages with no problems at all. I use the link at the bottom of the Member Centre page.
