Static IP

Hi all,

I am a new customer and when I placed my order I also paid for a static IP address. I'm trying to activate the static IP now, however, when I go to the "Add Ons" page and look at my Static IP option it says ...

"Current Status :  You are currently using a dynamic IP address"   

If I click on the "Activate Your Static IP" option it just refreshes the page and it shows the same message as above. Do Plus.net have to do something their side to activate the static IP?

The automatic activation via your account is broken. Hopefully a PN staffer will pick this up for you activate it.
