Static IP won't assign

Static IP won't assign

Gone in to Add-ons > Configure static IP > clicked the 'Activate Your Static IP' button

The page seems to reload but nothing has changed.

Tried rebooting the router but still getting a different IP and the "Your static IP" still reads blank.

Any ideas?

Have you ordered this and paid the one-off £5.00 fee? If so, one of the PN Help Team will hopefully pick this up tomorrow - the auto-configure option has been broken for some time.

Yeah about a month ago. I didn't know until yesterday that you had to activate it after you order it.

Another staff member got in touch and my connection is working on a static IP now.
