Static IP not being applied

I've been using a static IP for a number of years now, but a few days ago I had a brief connection outage and since then my static IP isn't being applied. The static IP is in the 31.125.x.x range, but both the router interface and whatismyip.com show my current IP as 146.90.x.x.

I've tried rebooting the router twice (via the web interface) but it hasn't helped, is there anything else I can do to resolve the problem?

Sorry to hear this has happened @jimj316 

I've done some work on your account which should fix this for you.

If you reboot your router when you next get the chance you should get your static IP back.,
