Static IP PTR reverse DNS

I need to do exactly what the person did in this thread: -

It's currently - <redacted>.plus.com

I need it to be - mail.fruitiondevelopments.co.uk

Some rules must have changed recently and I'm getting blacklisted by spamhaus (even though we don't send bulk/spam emails) because they don't match.

Is there anybody that can help out ?
