Safeguard not working?

I've enabled Safeguard last night, but it still doesn't appear to be functioning. 

When I try and change a setting I get this error message popup in red at the bottom of the page

    "Sorry we have a problem and currently can't save your changes, please try again later"

Should I expect Safeguard to limit things like google image searches or is it just DNS based?

There appears to be a reproduceable generic issue...

 

 

@bobpullen / @dave is this something you can point in the right direct please?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Got the same error on my test account, logged it as INC07076281.
