SQL Virgin live feeds

Hi all
Dont know if I will get any feed back for this post so here goes anyway.
I have an online shop that will hold hundreds of products the supplier has xml feed file's to intergrate with OSC to show realtime stock levels. The problem i have is I have no idea how the hell to import this into the database in sql my admin area?  I found some info on how to create a PHP file that conects to the live rss feed this was on another forum WEBDeveloper.com but he dude cuts it short when it come to the database intergration.
Can somone please help,

Have you tried looking here for a `contribution`;

I have been on the OS forums and there is nothing to deal with importing third party rss feeds. Addons there is one contribution but it looks very complcated to use and install not to mention the bad reviews and deals with a load of coding, I am a complete virgin to PHP and SQL so I am looking for dumb ass instructions

Hi all
Can anyone help with live feeds
I would like to get stock updates from my supplier, they supply the files by I am unsure how to implement them. Any advice?
