Reward card

I swapped over to plusnet and they sent me the email to claim my rewards card which I did. I've had the confirmation email to day that it will be sent out hut I havent recieved it. Can anyone help with this please? I recieved the email and saying it will be sent via email or post back in October

Hey @Katie82,

It can take up to 30 working days for the reward card to be processed and sent out to you. Do you know what date in October you received the confirmation email?

Thanks for getting back to us @Katie82, hopefully that means it should be with you soon.

 

I would advise to give it until the 3rd December and if you still haven't received it by then, give the Purecard team a call on 0344 800 6435 to chase this up.

 

Let us know how things go and just a reminder that once you have received the card, make sure you activate it within 3 months :).
