Reverse DNS change

Could my reverse DNS entry please be changed to <my static IP>.plus.com instead of <my username>.plus.com?

Is there any update on this? I replied to the text/email but the ticket seems to have been closed (and the rDNS record still exists).

Sorry to see this wasn't picked up @jzww 

I've raised this to the right team and it should be sorted in the next week or so
