Reported a portal problem stating that
You've not updated your communication preferences for 6 months
I stated in a question 05-07-19 that I had updated my preferences 02-05-19, 22-05-19, 30-06-19, 01-07-19, I was informed "I would suggest to leave it a few weeks, it may be a technical issue with regards to updating".
So I am wondering if I should be updating my communication preferences every month for 6 months before it clears as it still shows when I log in to the portal.
If it is a 'known issue' why was I given the information as
"I would suggest to leave it a few weeks, it may be a technical issue with regards to updating".
I gave it 14 weeks and it is still there. If I had been informed from PN that it is a 'known low priority technical issue' I would not have raised the query.
Must have kicked the can a long way down the road as since my last report (beginning of August) I have updated my communication preferences at least twice a week and on each occasion I receive a notification that my communication preferences have been updated. I logged on today screen shot attached, perhaps they need help to repatriate the can.
