Plusnet Protect powered by Norton

Anyone tell me if you get any cloud backup with this Norton free product via Plusnet? And if so how much?

Re: Plusnet Protect powered by Norton

I realise it is not  mentioned but i had a chat with Norton and they said cloud backup was included in all Norton products.

Can anyone confirm that they have it/dont have it

Cheers

@Brewman53

I would suggest you have been given poor advice by Norton.

Plusnet Protect powered by Norton is a cut down version, it is very unlikely be possible to add a BackUp option, with Plusnet Protect powered by Norton being free to you the backup space available would likely be very small, the basic Norton package only has 2Gb, you would need the top tier Norton product for a more usable backup size.

Have you looked other cloud services?

Using a cloud backup does not replace keeping data locally at your property as with cloud storage accounts are cancelled the saved data will be deleted at some point.

Edit: I note you are will to pay, but I would pay for something else if you insist on a cloud backup service.
