BT say they will have full fibre down my street by the end of next year at the latest.

Does PlusNet follow ie if BT is here will PlusNet?

BT and Plusnet use the Openreach supplied Full fibre, so once its installed, it will be available from both

It's OpenReach who will be laying the full fibre network.

Any ISP who uses their network and offers FTTP will be available to you.
