That's not the only weird thing. Bear with me, this is going to take a little bit of time.
Earlier today - a couple of hours back, screenshots are timed - I saw @seebee on line, as displayed at the foot of the main PlusNet Community page at https://community.plus.net/, which is the first (and last) page I see when I visit these forums.
After having logged out, I scrolled down that page again, having recalled the unexpected change to the habitual @seebee graphic.
@seebee was still there - but the avatar had changed.
I tried logging in again, and out again - same result each time.
Earlier in this thread - post 11 - there was a link to this post - which displays as follows:
... which would seem to indicate (anonymised post) that the displayed graphic is the default graphic used for "graphic gone missing" - just checked on that page, and the graphic saves to disk as "image_not_found.png".
Which perhaps casts a different light on the post here, which displays as:
... returning to where I started (above), had always recalled @seebee's avatar as being like the one above referenced by @ExForce9 - so was surprised when this morning saw it displayed differently, looking like a QR code.
For clarity, @seebee's profile page here has the QR-code -style avatar.
Returning to what @jab1 said above:

... it would appear that the only way to see @seebee's *actual* avatar, is to be logged into the forum.
Otherwise - apparently - the standard PN "image_not_found.png" is displayed for @seebee . But why (?)
... and why would non-PN-customers logged into the forums here, be unable to see the PN broadband offering should they happen to follow a link to www.plus.net - surely these forums are made available to all-and-sundry in the hope that people might be interested enough in the discussions here, to think about joining (or re-joining) PN. Why stop such people viewing that option?
Nothing is making a great deal of sense here this morning lol

We are talking BT/Plusnet here - do you expect anything to make sense?😁

Thanks @Penny , I've added a link to your post in the other topic and asked @James_B to get Khoros to take a look

Looks like www.plus.net doesn't want to play with Edge again. OK with Firefox & Chrome.

www.plus.net is working for me on Firefox, Chromium, Brave, and Edge browsers,
although on Chromium I had to pass a captcha test to get to the site !

@ExForce9 Ha Ha! In the few minutes since my last post, it has started working on Edge for me again too. 🙄

As of the time of this post it's down again for Edge users. Why is it only broken for Edge? This intermittent problem has been going on for quite some months now, perhaps even years.

Why do you think it is only Edge users, and not something wrong with your setup ?
On seeing your message I immediately visited plus.net using Firefox, Chromium, Brave, and Edge - and they all work.
Have you tried uninstalling Edge, clearing it's configuration files, and then doing a fresh installation ?

Because it's not just me. The OP on this thread & Penny were also getting the same error page as me. But then later on it started working again. Yet again, it is working for me again now.
I checked again this morning because a poster in another thread said that the site was down. Sure enough it was down for me also. I checked 3 or 4 times on Edge, closing it down in between, but still got the error page. Worked first time on Firefox & Chrome.
This has never happened on any other website, so I'm sure it's nothing to do with my Edge installation, [Version 154.0.4258.62 (Official build) (64-bit)]. It's just a coincidence that it starts working again by the time others check it.
It's an intermittent problem that has cropped up before in other threads.
