Hi, Completely new to CGI/PHP etc.
I've got my webspace activated for cgi, I've loaded a very simple php script to my normal htdocs folder online. When I try to view in browser, it tries to download something first, then I get an error message saying "No file association etc."
I've entered a file association to HTML, as the only obvious choice available ? Research suggests this may be because server is not set up correctly ?
Can anyone tell me the correct file association to make for .php files, and any other settings I ought to make to use my cgi space ?
I'm using Safari on XP (though presumably should be the same for any browser?)
many thanks

Hi,
It sounds like you've uploaded your script to the homepages platform, but to run php scripts, you need to load them to the ccgi platform and access them as described here. See also the faq at the top of this board. Good luck.
