PDFlib on PLESK servers

I need to be able to generate a pdf document as a printable version of my web page.
Is there any way to install PDFlib as I figure that it is not currently installed or will I have to create a less secure RTF document or a CSS alternative ?

I haven't looked into this on payh, so this may not be a useful suggestion, but have you looked at fpdf?
