If your current supply is "Direct in Ground" the OpenReach would need to lay ducts to supply Full Fibre. They may, or may not, already have wayleaves in place from the original copper installation. If not, would OR be allowed to dig a trench for ducting. If no again then you're stuck on a FTTC service using the last mile of copper from the Cabinet.
